Development History

The Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union is the socio-political organization of Vietnamese Youth in general and the Youth of Ho Chi Minh City in particular. It is an organization that brings together over 700,000 union members and over 100,000 young people, with 120 union bases and various other career units and affiliated enterprises within the Union system.

Le Quang Loc Company Limited takes pride in being a unit affiliated with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union system

1985

On April 30, 1985, Lê Quang Lộc Printing Factory was established on the basis of the Printing Workshop of Tuổi Trẻ Newspaper. Lê Quang Lộc was the name of a Martyr Hero, formerly a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union.

Establishment of the Enterprise: Le Quang Loc Printing Factory according to Decision No. 47/QD-UB issued by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City on October 29, 1993

2003

Le Quang Loc Printing Factory is recognized as a Class 1 State Enterprise according to Decision No. 4076/QD-UB issued by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City on September 29, 2003

Lê Quang Lộc Co., Ltd. is the first company in the country to invest in an 8-color Heidelberg printing system.

2006

Le Quang Loc Printing Factory has officially been transformed into Lê Quang Lộc One Member Limited Liability Company under Decision No. 1806/QD-UBND issued by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City on April 14, 2006.

2019

On January 26, 2019, Lê Quang Lộc One-Member Limited Liability Company was honored to receive the Third-class Labor Medal from the President of Vietnam in recognition of their significant achievements and contributions to the construction and development of Ho Chi Minh City

2020

Lê Quang Lộc Company Limited is currently on a trajectory of development and transformation in line with Industry 4.0. They have successfully transitioned from traditional roll printing to flatbed printing

2023

Through the collective efforts of Le Quang Loc Company (Quality Printing) in 2022, on February 17, 2023, at the Industry Implementation Conference for the Printing Sector in 2023 organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications, Le Quang Loc Company had the honor of being awarded the Outstanding Leading Flag in the Printing Sector for the year 2022.
